Is this the very first appointment for the problem you are having? Not sure if physical therapy is the right choice? This virtual initial evaluation will give you a chance to talk to me about the issue you are experiencing (pain, loss of balance, stiffness, weakness, etc). This will be a baseline appointment where I ask questions, have you perform movement based tests that will be based on the issue you are having, provide possible diagnosis and answers to your questions, and make sure virtual PT is right for you. This will be the first step towards improving your function and livelihood as we figure out a plan of care that is best for you. And don't worry! If I feel that virtual PT is not the right option for you then I will help direct you where you need to go AND you will get a full refund! Also, be aware that you will be sent intake and consent forms via the email you provide at check out that MUST be filled out prior to the evaluation.
