Service Description

Once you did the initial evaluation and I helped figure out a treatment plan that works for you, click here to schedule your treatment sessions! These will each be 30-45 minutes long. During these sessions I will be directing you verbally and through demonstration on different exercises, activities, self-massage techniques, and more to help propel you towards your goals.
